Based in Rison, Arkansas, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by offering crucial financial assistance. We understand the challenges faced by these families, and our program addresses both medical and non-medical costs, including medical bills, prescriptions, and durable medical equipment, as well as essential daily living expenses like food, utilities, and transportation. We also provide support for healthcare utilization costs such as travel and lodging for medical appointments. With grants of up to $500 available per family each year, we strive to alleviate the financial burdens that come with caring for children with special health care needs. Each request is thoughtfully reviewed in the order it is received, ensuring timely assistance; however, we encourage families to plan ahead, as approvals may take a minimum of 15 business days.
