The El Zócalo Immigrant Resource Center's Nutrition Program in Sherwood, AR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of low-income families in Pulaski County. Through our emergency food pantry, which operates on the second and fourth Friday of each month, we provide essential groceries and nutritional support to underserved communities. In addition to food assistance, we offer engaging healthy cooking classes designed to empower families with nutrition education and skills. Our mission is to ensure that every family has access to the resources needed for a healthier lifestyle.
