The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting individuals with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing essential financial aid for travel to specialized medical care. Based in Ward, AR, our mission is to alleviate the burden of travel expenses, offering up to $800 annually per patient to ensure they can access critical consultations with PNH specialists or seek second opinions. Our program covers a variety of travel-related costs including airfare or train tickets, ground transportation, car expenses such as gas and parking, lodging, meals, and medical co-pays not covered by insurance. To promote comfort and support, grantees are allowed to bring one companion along on their journey funded by our grant, reinforcing our commitment to compassionate care and assistance for those navigating their PNH journey.
