The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant in Avondale, AZ, is dedicated to supporting individuals confronted with significant financial hardship resulting from chronic, terminal, or rare conditions like cancer, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s Disease. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens faced by these individuals through targeted assistance, including utility aid and grocery support. While the grant is designed to cover either utilities or groceries, we also collaborate with partner organizations to connect recipients with additional resources that may enhance their well-being.
