At the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program located at Luke Air Force Base in Chandler, AZ, we understand the importance of providing essential nutrition resources to families in need. We welcome all types of families—whether you're a single parent, married, working, or not—if you're a mother, father, grandparent, foster parent, or legal guardian of a child under 5 years old, you can apply for WIC services. Our comprehensive program also includes referrals to healthcare, immunizations, and other community services to ensure a healthy start for your children. To apply, bring identification for everyone enrolling, proof of address, and proof of income, as well as a Military Pass to access our facilities.
