Located in Cottonwood, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to offering essential food assistance and support to low-income individuals living with dysphagia. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our community members by providing vital resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment tailored specifically for their needs.
