The structured program unfolds across three distinct phases. During Basecamp, the first phase, residents receive personalized treatment plans, therapy, and life coaching while developing essential life skills like budgeting and resume building. Community service and monthly outdoor adventures round out this foundational period. In the Ascent phase, participants work or attend school full-time while continuing therapeutic services, building financial independence and recovery resilience. The final Summit phase supports the transition to independent living, either in Mountain House's Summit House or in their own residence.
