Located in Fountain Hills, AZ, the Ak-Chin Elder Center is dedicated to enriching the lives of Elders in the Ak-Chin Indian Community through a comprehensive array of services and activities. Our mission is to support and empower senior community members with vital programs such as caregiver support, nutritious congregate meals, and elder abuse prevention initiatives. We understand the importance of safety and convenience, offering emergency response systems and transportation services. In addition, the center provides financial assistance, legal aid, and government-assisted housing to ensure that our Elders receive the care they need. With home-delivered meals, home modifications, personal care, and respite care services, we strive to foster a caring environment that enhances the quality of life for our treasured Elders while ensuring they feel valued and supported.
