Located in Golden Valley, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance tailored for individuals facing dysphagia. Our mission focuses on enabling low-income individuals to access vital resources including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment specifically designed to meet their unique dietary needs.
