Located in Kingman, AZ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to empowering low-income individuals facing dysphagia by providing critical resources that cater to their unique dietary and therapeutic needs. We offer essential food assistance, including food thickeners and pre-modified meals, in addition to specialized therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
