Established in 1982, Crossroads Midtown Campus provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment specifically for men in Phoenix, Arizona. The facility offers a homelike environment with 11 two-bed units and 2 four-bed rooms, all fully furnished with personal workspaces. Residents have access to shared amenities including a commercial kitchen with chef-prepared meals, community dining hall, free laundry facilities, outdoor courtyard, job search computers, and a community room with a library and television. The treatment approach centers around the structured and intensive Right Track program, which incorporates individualized assessments, treatment planning, support services, and aftercare coordination. Participants engage in both individual and group substance abuse therapy, undergo weekly drug and alcohol testing, and attend 12-Step meetings and SMART Recovery groups. The program also emphasizes peer mentoring and family involvement. Residents participate in intensive psychoeducational groups six days per week, covering essential topics such as relapse prevention, coping strategies, life skills development, anger management, and conflict resolution.
