MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Rio Rico, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion approach. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year, connecting them with tailored weight management services that reflect their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of effective options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer self-guided solutions, our MOVE! Coach mobile app allows Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have faced challenges with weight loss through the MOVE! program.
