The COVID-19 Relief initiative in Safford, AZ is dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable members of the Navajo and Hopi communities, with a focus on elderly individuals, grandparents raising grandchildren, single parents, and families in distress. Our mission is to ensure access to critical food assistance and essential items while prioritizing safety and reducing exposure to COVID-19. We mobilize a network of compassionate volunteers to shop for and deliver supplies directly to families at safe transfer locations or their homes. Recognizing the high demand and limited availability of resources, we encourage families in need to fill out our assistance form to request deliveries. Please note that fulfillment of requests is subject to resource availability and volunteer capacity.
