Located in Sedona, Arizona, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals living with dysphagia by providing essential services and resources. Our mission is to ensure access to vital food assistance, including specially formulated food thickeners, pre-modified foods, and necessary therapy tools. We also supply oral care products and adaptive equipment, helping individuals manage their condition with dignity and care.
