MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Sedona, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored referrals to a variety of weight management services that cater to individual needs and preferences. Participation options include supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! that offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who desire a self-managed approach, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app, alongside options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight.
