Located in Show Low, AZ, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing essential financial assistance. Our program aims to alleviate the burden of medical costs such as prescriptions, medical bills, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical expenses like home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and everyday necessities. We also assist with healthcare utilization costs, including travel to medical facilities and lodging for families during treatment. Each family can receive grants of up to $500 annually, with requests evaluated in the order they are received. While we strive to meet urgent needs, we encourage families to allow at least 15 business days for the review process. We are here to help families navigate these challenges with care and support while fostering a sense of community.
