Pima Meals on Wheels is dedicated to nourishing the well-being of homebound seniors and their spouses in Tucson, AZ, by delivering one-third of their daily nutritious food right to their doorsteps. Our meals are carefully crafted with low-fat, low-sodium, low-sugar, and high-fiber ingredients, ensuring a tasty variety of fruits, vegetables, and entrees that support healthy living. We provide essential meal delivery services designed to promote independence and enhance the quality of life for our participants. To join our program, an initial eligibility screening is required, after which we connect you with local agencies for in-home evaluations and meal arrangements. While we kindly ask for a voluntary donation of $2.00 per meal, we are committed to ensuring that no one is turned away due to financial constraints; your well-being is our priority. Participants are kindly requested to be at home for meal deliveries or notify our program manager in advance. Together, we’re making sure that no senior in Tucson goes hungry.
