At the Moenkopi Senior Center in Whiteriver, AZ, we are dedicated to combating hunger among the elder population, ensuring that Hopi Elders of Moenkopi Village and the wider Hopi Reservation receive essential meal delivery services. Our program is thoughtfully designed to address the nutritional needs of those who are homebound or face physical challenges, offering meals that are delivered directly to their homes. While our center is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain committed to providing emergency food assistance to our beloved Elders in need. Once the Hopi Tribal Council permits the reopening of the center, we will resume our congregate meal services, further enhancing support for our community's seniors.
