Healthy Start Coalition in Bradenton, FL, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of pregnant women, infants, and children up to age three. Our mission focuses on reducing infant mortality, decreasing the incidence of low birth weight babies, and enhancing health and developmental outcomes. We offer a range of essential services, including outreach, care coordination, childbirth and parenting education, nutrition counseling, psychosocial support, tobacco education and cessation assistance, breastfeeding education, and home visiting. Our program is open to all pregnant women, regardless of marital, economic, or immigration status, who are identified as high-risk for poor pregnancy outcomes.
