Located in Casselberry, FL, The Blue Circle Health Program is dedicated to empowering individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) through a comprehensive, free virtual care initiative. Our mission is to provide essential support, resources, and personalized care to help our clients effectively manage T1D. Each participant receives a tailored care plan lasting approximately six months, addressing their specific needs with services that include clinical care, insulin adjustments, insurance navigation, counseling, health and nutrition education, peer support, and access to T1D medication and supplies. We are committed to ensuring that every individual has the tools and guidance necessary to thrive with T1D in a supportive and understanding environment.
