Located in Crestview, FL, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance tailored to their needs. Our program offers critical resources including a $200 financial grant, $100 gas card, and $100 grocery card, alongside psycho-social counseling with a licensed clinical social worker, and genetic counseling via phone. We aim to empower these resilient individuals during their challenging journey by ensuring they have access to the support they need. We encourage healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients.
