Nutritional Food Monthly is dedicated to supporting seniors aged 60 and over and grandparents raising grandchildren in Fort Lauderdale, FL, who are trying to navigate life on limited fixed incomes. Our mission is to alleviate hunger by providing essential food assistance through a substantial 55-pound box filled with nutritious items, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and breads. Each month, our clients receive enough food to prepare at least 46 meals, significantly contributing to the recommended monthly intake. Additionally, we partner with the Department of Children and Families to help eligible clients apply for food stamp benefits, ensuring they have access to vital resources.
