Located in Fort Walton Beach, FL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to promoting healthier lifestyles for Veterans through personalized weight management services. Our mission is to ensure that each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and offered tailored treatment options that meet their unique needs. We provide a comprehensive range of support, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home guidance. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management or explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if other options have not yielded the desired results.
