Hammy's Heart is devoted to supporting families in Hialeah, FL, with critically ill children by alleviating some of the financial strain associated with grocery expenses. Recognizing that families facing medical crises are often overwhelmed with numerous financial burdens, we provide gift cards to assist with essential food needs. To participate in our program, families must meet specific medical requirements with verification from a doctor and a referral from a social worker or healthcare provider. Our mission is to ensure that despite difficult circumstances, families can prioritize nourishing meals and maintain stability during challenging times.
