Our mission is to reduce infant mortality rates and the occurrence of low birth weight babies through a compassionate approach that offers a range of essential support services. These services include care coordination to ensure access to necessary healthcare, childbirth and parenting education, nutrition counseling, psychosocial support, tobacco education and cessation guidance, breastfeeding education, and home visiting.
