Lucida Treatment Center specialized in comprehensive care for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions through a variety of evidence-based programs. Their offerings included residential treatment with gender-specific and young adult tracks, all highly customized to individual client needs. The center excelled in dual diagnosis treatment, implementing therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), SMART recovery groups, and Stages of Change methodology, alongside participation in self-help support groups. Treatment at Lucida began with a thorough biopsychosocial assessment, examining biological, psychological, and social factors affecting each client's health. Following assessment, clients worked with a dedicated treatment team including psychiatrists and therapists. The center also offered a monthly full-day family program designed to promote healing for the entire family system. To support long-term recovery, Lucida provided aftercare referrals to clinicians, physicians, and support groups. The facility was situated near the Intracoastal Waterway in Lantana, Florida, offering comfortable accommodations with amenities including a private pool, yoga studio, massage room, acupuncture room, and fitness center. Lucida accepted most private insurance plans. Note that this treatment center has permanently closed its operations.
