Healthy Start Coalition in Middleburg, FL is dedicated to improving the health and developmental outcomes for pregnant women, infants, and children up to age three. Our mission is to significantly reduce infant mortality and low birth weight among newborns through a comprehensive array of targeted support services. We offer care coordination to ensure access to essential services, childbirth and parenting education, nutrition counseling, psychosocial support, tobacco cessation assistance, and breastfeeding guidance. We welcome all pregnant women who are at high risk for adverse pregnancy outcomes, regardless of marital, economic, or immigration status, as well as postpartum women and their infants.
