Home-Delivered Meals, operated by the Council on Aging of West Florida, offers essential meal delivery services to seniors across Milton, FL, and surrounding areas in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. Our Meals on Wheels program provides well-balanced meals that meet one-third of the recommended daily nutrition for adults and accommodates special dietary needs, all while adhering to guidelines set by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs. Each meal delivery includes a vital safety check, ensuring seniors receive not only nutritious food but also a friendly visit that helps monitor their well-being and triggers emergency assistance if necessary. This program is designed to be accessible: meals can be provided on a sliding fee scale to ensure that no senior is turned away due to financial constraints.
