Home Delivered Meals in Opa Locka, FL, is dedicated to serving the nutritional needs of seniors aged 60 and older who are homebound in Miami-Dade County. Our compassionate program provides seven free frozen meals each week, ensuring that seniors have access to healthy food assistance, even when they are unable to leave their homes. We also warmly welcome spouses regardless of age or medical conditions. Due to the urgent demand for our services, please note that there is currently a one-year waitlist as of July 2021.
