International Community Health Services (ICHS) has been a beacon of support since 1973, when it began as a humble storefront clinic in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District, dedicated to serving low-income Filipino and Chinese elders as well as immigrant families. Now based in Opa Locka, FL, we proudly cater to over 50 different language groups, ensuring that everyone receives compassionate, affordable, and culturally competent health care. Our comprehensive range of services includes primary medical care, vision and dental services, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. We offer a sliding scale fee structure tailored to family size and household income, and our patient services representatives are on hand to assist without insurance, helping to determine eligibility for free or low-cost insurance programs. We accept a variety of insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, making it easier for our community to access the care they deserve.
