Nutritional Food Monthly is dedicated to supporting seniors aged 60 and older in Pompano Beach, FL, who face the challenges of living on fixed incomes, as well as grandparents caring for their grandchildren. Our program provides essential food assistance through a monthly delivery of a robust 55-pound box filled with nutritious food, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and breads, designed to help clients prepare at least 46 meals each month—well above the 90 recommended meals monthly. Committed to alleviating hunger, we work closely with the Department of Children and Families, assisting eligible families in applying for food stamp benefits to ensure they have access to vital resources. Together, we strive to create a supportive community where everyone can thrive, nourished and empowered.
