The Care and Share Senior Feeding Program is dedicated to nourishing the lives of low-income seniors aged 60 and over in Port Charlotte, Florida, and the surrounding Charlotte, Collier, and Lee counties. We provide essential food assistance through monthly kits filled with nutritious, easy-to-prepare items, including canned fruits and vegetables, grains, proteins, and cereals. Whenever possible, our program also includes fresh produce, frozen meats, dairy, and deli items to ensure that our seniors have access to a well-rounded diet. We understand the challenges some may face in reaching our location, which is why we allow eligible clients to designate a proxy to collect their food.
