The Healthy Start Coalition of Jefferson, Madison, and Taylor in Spring Hill, FL is dedicated to improving the health and developmental outcomes for pregnant women, infants, and children up to age three. Our mission focuses on reducing infant mortality and decreasing the incidence of low birth weight babies through a range of essential services tailored to meet the unique needs of high-risk families. We provide comprehensive care coordination, childbirth and parenting education, nutrition and psychosocial counseling, tobacco education, breastfeeding support, and home visiting programs. We warmly welcome all pregnant women, regardless of marital, economic, or immigration status, who are facing risks for poor pregnancy outcomes, including postpartum women and their infants.
