Our compassionate mobile team reaches out to individuals at over 20 locations across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties to address immediate needs and connect them with vital resources that pave the way toward stable housing. We offer comprehensive support including community housing assessments, referrals, employment assistance, food stamp and Medicaid applications, identification aid, and assessments for social security benefits.
