Based in Americus, GA, the Family Support Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals aged 3 and up who are diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders. We focus on strengthening family unity by providing essential resources and supportive services designed to help families thrive in their home and community environments. Our offerings include access to specialized medical supplies, clothing and equipment, diagnostic and dental services, recreational activities, environmental modifications, therapeutic services, counseling, and respite care, among others. We are committed to ensuring that families have the necessary supports during challenging times, all while operating without overlapping coverage from Medicaid, Medicare, or Private Insurance. Together, we build a supportive community for those we serve.
