Located in Atlanta, GA, the HIV Elimination Program is dedicated to providing critical HIV care for low-income individuals who are uninsured and underserved. Our comprehensive services are designed to ensure that those living with HIV receive the medical attention, nutrition, and support they need to thrive. We offer medical case management, medical nutrition therapy, mental health care, dental services, outpatient substance abuse services, supportive services, and legal advocacy. Additionally, we address the basic nutritional needs of our clients with emergency food assistance to fortify their health and well-being. Our mission is to eliminate barriers to care and support individuals in their journey towards better health.
