Located in Bainbridge, GA, the Family Support Program is dedicated to empowering individuals aged 3 and up with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our mission is to foster family unity by connecting them with essential resources and support services that enhance their quality of life. We offer a comprehensive suite of services including specialized medical supplies, therapeutic support, counseling, respite care, and recreational activities, as well as financial and life planning assistance. By focusing on both individual needs and family well-being, we strive to create a nurturing environment that enhances accessibility and promotes independence within the community. Although we cannot cover services provided by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance, we remain committed to ensuring every family receives the support they need to thrive in their home and community.
