Located in Buford, GA, the HIV Elimination Program is dedicated to providing essential HIV care for low-income individuals living with HIV who are uninsured and underserved. Our mission is to ensure that no one faces the challenges of HIV alone by offering a comprehensive range of services including HIV medical case management, medical nutrition therapy, vital medical care, mental health support, dental services, outpatient substance abuse treatment, and legal advocacy. We also understand the importance of meeting basic needs, which is why we offer food assistance to ensure our clients have access to nutritious meals.
