Based in Carrollton, GA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by screening annually for obesity and connecting them to personalized weight management services. With a range of offerings that include engaging group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, we ensure there are options to suit every individual’s needs. For those who continue to face challenges with weight-related issues, we also provide access to effective weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Interested Veterans are encouraged to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey towards a healthier lifestyle today.
