Our program offers a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card for transportation and a $100 grocery card to help with essential needs. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone from certified genetic counselors. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, and we process these applications in the order they are received, ensuring that support is available when it’s needed most, dependent on available funding.
