Operation Family Fund is dedicated to providing essential financial assistance to eligible service members and their families in Chatsworth, GA. Through our grant program, we aim to support those in need with funds for basic necessities, medical care, home purchases, and more. A case manager, social worker, or doctor must verify the service-connected disability rating to qualify for assistance. While families can receive up to two grants, there must be a minimum of six months between grants. Currently, we are facing a high volume of requests and are unable to accept new applications due to limited funding; however, we remain committed to serving our community and hope to restore support soon as donations are received.
