Healthy Families serves the Chatsworth, GA community with a commitment to preventing child abuse and neglect through voluntary, evidence-based home visitation services. Our dedicated team works to create nurturing family environments by enhancing parental knowledge of child development and appropriate parenting practices. We offer both in-person and virtual home visits to meet the unique needs of families, focusing on building strong, supportive relationships between parents and children. Our program aims to cultivate lasting community partnerships, engage families who may be feeling overwhelmed, and promote healthy growth and development in children. To join our program, families undergo an assessment through First Steps to identify their strengths and specific needs, enabling us to tailor our support effectively.
