Located in Chatsworth, GA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year, providing personalized referrals to a variety of supportive weight management options. With services such as engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support, we cater to the unique preferences of our Veterans. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app offers valuable tools for managing weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have faced challenges despite utilizing our MOVE! resources.
