The Family Support Program in Cleveland, GA, is dedicated to empowering families with members diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders, starting from age 3. Our mission focuses on strengthening family bonds by providing essential resources and support services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. We offer a comprehensive range of services including specialized medical supplies, therapeutic assistance, diagnostic and dental services, and recreational activities such as summer camps. We also provide vital support through environmental modifications, financial and life planning, and behavioral consultation. Our goal is to ensure that families have access to the necessary tools while promoting unity and connection within the community. Please note that we are unable to fund services covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or Private Insurance, but we strive to fill the gaps to support families in their journey.
