The Meal Support Program in Columbus, GA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient care and recovery from eating disorders. Through engaging online group meal sessions, participants can find a nurturing environment to enjoy nutritious meals alongside others facing similar challenges. Our program offers four facilitated meal support times daily, allowing participants the flexibility to join lunch or dinner sessions that fit their schedules. Each session is moderated by skilled nutrition practitioners who are gaining valuable certification through the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that participants receive informed and compassionate support in their journey toward recovery.
