About Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition Program in Conyers, GA, is dedicated to empowering families by providing essential nutrition assistance to women, infants, and children from low-income households. Our mission is to support the health and well-being of pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children up to five years old through vital resources, including healthy food vouchers, nutritional assessments, health screenings, and education on breastfeeding and nutrition. WIC is available for families with incomes at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty level or those enrolled in Medicaid, ensuring that those at risk for nutritional deficiencies receive the help they need. To determine eligibility and access our comprehensive support services, we encourage families to complete the WIC Eligibility Assessment on Georgia's WIC website and contact their local WIC office to schedule an appointment and learn about necessary documentation. Together, we can build healthier futures for our communities.
