Based in Cordele, GA, the Family Support Program is dedicated to empowering individuals aged 3 and up who are diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our mission is to strengthen family unity by providing vital resources and support that allow these families to thrive in their home and community settings. We offer a wide range of specialized services, including medical supplies, therapeutic support, recreation activities, family training, and respite care. By connecting families with essential resources like diagnostic services, nutritional guidance, and behavior consultation, we aim to create a supportive environment that fosters independence and well-being. Please note that our funding does not cover services that are reimbursed through Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance.
