Our Family Support team is committed to offering accurate information and compassionate guidance from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a variety of vital services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, behavior management support, and assistance with navigating the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
