Located in Covington, GA, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing essential financial assistance. Our program offers support for a wide range of expenses, including medical costs like prescriptions, medical bills, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical costs such as home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and daily living expenses. We also assist with healthcare utilization costs, covering travel to medical facilities, lodging, and parking fees. Families can submit requests for grants up to $500 per year, with additional requests considered on a case-by-case basis.
