The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to providing vital financial support to individuals in the U.S. diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH). Located in Covington, GA, our mission is to alleviate the burden of travel expenses, offering up to $800 per patient each year to help reach specialized care or obtain second opinions from PNH experts. Eligible costs covered include airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits and tests not covered by insurance. We understand the importance of having a support system, which is why we allow grantees to travel with one companion, ensuring patients receive compassionate care during their journey toward better health.
